We welcome Mr. Stephan Bolli, lic.phil.I, as Senior Consultant/Partner in Zurich.

With Stephan Bolli as our new Senior Consultant/Partner, Schluchter, Licci & Partner AG are further expanding the consulting capacity for Outplacement, Career Consulting and Executive Coaching in Zurich.

Stephan Bolli has a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Zurich and many years of experience in leading Human Resources roles at international and national companies such as Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, Zurich, Helsana.

During his extensive career he held various high ranking management positions as Head of learning-, management and talent development and for three years led the people development for a renowned insurance company in the US. In addition, he has many years of experience in executive coaching, recruitment, organizational and personnel development and outplacement. As an expert in assessments, he worked at the IAP Zurich and he is a part-time lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and at the IACC Academy in Salzburg (A).
