Changes of personnel at our Zurich Offices

For us , having a good cooperation with you as a customer in outplacement, career counselling or executive coaching is based on trust, above all. This also includes transparent communication in the event of changes of personnel.

Gabriela Licci has left our company as of 30 September 2021 to pursue a new career. We very much regret this step , nevertheless respect her decision and thank her for the past seven successful years. The search for a suitable successor has already been initiated.

From now on, Dr Holger Schimanke, Senior Consultant & Partner in our company for six years, will be your first point of contact in Zurich and Zug. Holding a PhD in Chemistry and a Certified Coach SCA, he has 20 years of experience in accompanying and supporting professionals in career changes, including 12 years as Head of Finance and Corporate Communication.

Together with Markus Schluchter , we can assure you the usual quality of service in this transition phase.
