We are delighted to have Timm Süss, one of the most renowned AI experts, as a workshop presenter for our clients on the topic of “AI in the job application process”.
In this new workshop, our clients learn how to use AI effectively in their professional reorientation. The practical tips for optimising application documents, targeted job research and optimal interview preparation, as well as his demonstration with "live prompting", are astounding even for experienced AI users. In addition to the many possibilities of the various AI tools, Timm Süss also highlights their current limitations and risks, and emphasises the crucial role of the human factor in achieving the best possible results.
As an independent consultant, Timm Süss supports companies with practice-orientated AI workshops, presentations and individual AI coaching sessions. He has trained over 600 employees in prompt design and is a regular lecturer at universities of applied sciences as well as a lecturer at national and international AI events. An organisational psychologist with further training in data science and data protection, he has 28 years of experience in HR, people analytics and artificial intelligence. He has headed the AI Circle at the Baloise Group since 2023.
